Little Bunny Blue accepts credit card payments from
Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal and
cashier's checks are also accepted. Please note we are
happy to take personal checks. However, your order will
not be shipped until the check has cleared.
Little Bunny Blue is based in Texas. We are required
to collect 7.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a Texas
address. Those who live outside of Texas will not be
charged sales tax for orders placed on Little Bunny
Blue, but may want to consult the tax laws regarding
in their state.
If you'd like to check the status of your order, feel
free to call. However if you are not quite sure how
it works check the lead time on your confirmation and
add 3-5 days for the carrier service to get the item
to you. Furniture delivery may require up to three weeks
after lead time to insure safe and accurate delivery.
Little Bunny Blue is not shipping items outside our
48 states. However, Little Bunny Blue is happy to ship
items to freight forwarding companies within the US
that can then ship items to other countries.
We understand your concerns regarding privacy. Cookies
are used on the site to help customers access and track
items in their shopping cart. A cookie is sent to the
individual to identify them when they return to the
site for the purpose of viewing items left in their
shopping cart.
When registering as a member of Little Bunny Blue,
we may ask you to provide certain details about yourself.
We do this in order to offer you all of our information
regarding, special offers, products and services. To
register as a member, we will ask you to provide your
name, email address and mailing address.
When you order products, we will also need your billing
and shipping information. This information should be
as accurate as possible because we will use it to contact
you regarding billing and other information we may need
to process your order.

herein. Little Bunny Blue may update these terms and

service page. Your continued use of Little Bunny Blue
after such notification indicates that you accept any
and all changes.
Price changes including increases and decreases do
occur. As a result prices and availability of items
sold on this site are subject to change until orders
are placed. If there is a price change on your order
we will notify you prior to adjusting any amount to
your credit card.
Little Bunny Blue will contact you immediately if there
is a product change or a delay in shipping.
Little Bunny Blue has gone to great links to review
the safety of all of the products we carry. However,
we will not be held liable for accidents resulting in
personal injury that involve a product purchased on
the site. If you are concerned about a product please
don't hesitate to ask for warranties specific to your
item.
Smaller items usually ship with UPS and Fed Ex. Because
furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and
heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other
items. Therefore, these large items have a Delivery
Surcharge. Surcharges are noted on an item's product
page and will reflect in the shopping carte.
Furniture that is shipped with an in-home delivery
service via Standard Delivery will be placed inside
the main entrance of the home. Little Bunny Blue also
offers White Glove Delivery for many furniture pieces
on our site. Upon delivery, the White Glove Delivery
carrier will unpack, place these furnishings in the
room of your choice and discard the packing materials.
This does not include assembly. If White glove delivery
is available for an item, it will be listed as an option
on the item's product page. This convenient option is
usually an extra $89 per item, above the regular shipping
cost and surcharge.
If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the
carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at the
scheduled time you discuss with them, please call the
delivery service A.S.A.P to reschedule your delivery.
If delivery cannot be scheduled within 7 business days
you will be responsible for all storage fees. These
fees will be added to the shipping charges and we will
bill your credit card.

If you have ordered furniture from Little Bunny Blue,
your order may be shipped via an in-home freight carrier.
Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Please follow the simple steps:
1. When you are contacted by the delivery service get
a contact name & phone number
2. You must schedule a time of delivery with the delivery
service.
3. You must be there to sign for and receive your shipment.
4. Please inspect your package and note on the delivery
slip if the outside of the box is damaged in any way.
Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise
is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages
must be reported to Little Bunny Blue at the time of
delivery by calling us at 1.877.791.7078 Little Bunny
Blue will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement
of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected
and documented as described above, and if not reported
to Little Bunny Blue within 3 days of delivery
Contact you carrier immediately if you need to reschedule
the delivery time.
You will be charged 75.00 for missed scheduled deliveries.
If you chose Standard Delivery, the delivery agent
will place your item just inside the main entrance of
your home.
If you chose White Glove Delivery, the delivery agent
will place your item in the room of your choice, unpack
the furnishings and remove the packaging from your home.
You item WILL NOT BE ASSEMBLED. Please contact us if
the delivery man does not perform all of the tasks listed
above.
It is our greatest concern that you're happy with your
entire experience at Little Bunny Blue. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within
7 business days of receiving your order. Items must
be unused and returned in the original packaging. Once
your return is approved we will either issue a refund
for the purchase price of your item to the credit card
used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected
in exchange. Little Bunny Blue does not refund shipping
charges.
Custom designed furnishings; bedding, accessories,
select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items
require payment in full upon order. Because artisans
craft these items to your specifications, Little Bunny
Blue cannot accept returns of custom items.
Little Bunny Blue has fabric and finish samples available
to help you select the appropriate colors and designs
for your decor. Because custom items cannot be returned,
Little Bunny Blue suggests that you contact us to request
a sample prior to purchasing custom items.
All order cancellations must be received within three
business days of your order date.

the artisans and manufacturers who craft our furnishings.
Please feel free to ask us any question regarding warranty

Little Bunny Blue is happy to offer fabric swatches
and paint chips for most of our linens and furnishings.
You can request a swatch in the option box listed on
that product. If there is not a swatch request option
on the item you are interested in please contact us
and we will do our best to get one to you. There will
be a 10.00 fee for all swatch requests. This fee will
be reimbursed once you have made a purchase.
Little Bunny Blue is very happy to offer this exclusive
service to you. Whether it is custom bedding, hand-painted
furniture, upholstered pieces, original artwork, or
a unique & original gift we will do our best to

Little Bunny Blue cannot accept returns or exchanges
of any item that is Custom Made. Cut yardage is considered
custom made and may not be returned. Please request
a swatch if you have any doubts regarding a fabric you
are interested in. However, we want to know if you are
not satisfied with your purchase. It is very important
to us that you have exactly what you want.
Little Bunny Blue gifts certificates are available in
dollar amounts. Each certificate arrives beautifully
packaged and personalized with your special message.
